01 Being comfortable with Heelflips and frontside
shoves will help with this trick. Roll at a slow speed at first - your
front foot in your usual heelflip position (behind the front bolts, slightly
more over the toe edge of the board) and your back foot in your usual
fs shove it position (on the tail, more over the heel edge of the board).

 |

02 You will need quite a lot of power for
this one, so crouch low. Prepare to boost big with your back foot, because
that's where a lot of the motion for this trick comes from.
|
 |

03 As you pop, use your back foot to push
the tail out in front of you (like a fs shove it) whilst dragging your
front foot up and off he heel edge of the board like a normal heelflip.

04 As this flips it sometimes goes behind
you slightly so might might need to compensate by jumping in the direction
the board usually moves in order to land on it.
|
 |

05 These are naturally very poppy due to the
power needed to blast them around. Over time they should begin to automatically
'come up' to your feet. The trick part is adjusting your body from the flip
to be able to catch the board as it comes back. Keep practicing and make
sure you commit to getting your legs back to it, even if it's not landing
wheels down. |
 |

06 Bend your knees to absorb the stomp -
you might snap boards if your not landing over the bolts as you have to
use power and jump high. If the board is not getting the 180, put more
power in your back foot when popping - if they aren't flipping all the
way, add more power to the heelflip. Bob's your uncle.
