This trick involves pushing your board around 180 degrees under your feet without turning yourself. Have your feet in a similar position to an ollie, but have your back foot more over to the toe edge of the board. Also, your front foot should be a little more pointed toward the nose this time.

As you start the ollie / jumping motion, use your back foot to scoop the board round toward the heel edge so that the front of the board begins to turn 180 to become the tail end. Your front foot needs to lift off the board slightly so that the board can rotate, but other than that it's only used to prevent the board from flipping.

During the time that your board is turning under your feet, you're body will be above it, with nothing touching the ground. This is the slight jumping motion that's needed to get the board around under your feet without hitting them. This is where this trick differs to ollies & 180s as it takes a little more commitment.

Now, as the board gets to the point of being a full 180 degrees round, you need to put your feet on it from in the air. Now, this part takes practice. You might want to practice putting one foot on at first and one foot on the ground. Another point to note is that the board may not be directly under your feet, it may have moved during the trick. You may have to watch where it tends to go (usually forward and left slightly) and aim your landing for that area.

When you do manage to put both feet on, aim for the truckbolts for a stable landing. It might shoot straight out from under you if you lean too far back or if the board has moved up and to the left a little as they tend to at the beginning, se be prepared.

Again when you land these clean, you need to try not to step off, as this will hinder them when you do that moving later on. Be ready to lean to the left or to the right slightly to steer to correct any under or over rotation the board might have had. Now to get these moving once perfected standing still!
