01 This is a combination of a frontside pop
shove it and a kickflip.
Start with your back foot more over toward the heel edge of your tail.
This will help you scoop the board. Your front foot should be positioned
similar to a kickflip.
|
 |

02 As you pop your ollie, scoop frontside
with your back foot, and perform a kickflip motion with your front foot.
Be careful not to pop too hard, as the board could hit you in
a nasty place.
|
 |

03 As your board flips it will rise almost
vertical between your legs, so you need to give plenty of room.
|
 |
| |

04 As the tail of your board now comes up
to you, try and meet it with your front foot. Your back foot should work
automatically in a similar way to a kickflip, but you'll have to make
a special effort to get your front foot back on as it goes further out
than a normal flip.

05 As these pop quite hight by nature landing
might be more tricky. Hardflips are not a trick you can just land on, so
work hard on getting them down to the floor smoothly. |
 |

06 Bend your needs as you land as usual,
and be aware that you might need to correct your direction. This is a
great technical trick to have so keep practicing!
